Oberon Terms and Shipping Policies

• First orders from new accounts must meet a $300 minimum on opening orders.

• Pewter only customers must meet a $150 minimum on opening orders.

• For net 30 terms please supply us with credit references or request or download a credit application.

• Oberon has a 30-day net payment program. After 45 days a 1.5% interest rate will apply.

• For reorders under $100, a service charge of $5.00 will be added.
• Oberon leather products are made to order and are shipped on a non-returnable basis. We accept returns due to manufacturer defects only. Please choose carefully.
• Goods will be shipped from our studio within ten working days of the date we receive your order by phone, fax or mail. Through most of the year, we ship within 3-6 working days.
• We use UPS to ship your packages. Shipping, insurance and a $2.50 handling fee, per box, is added to your invoice.
