Oberon Wholesale Terms and Shipping Policies
First orders from new accounts must meet a $300 minimum on opening orders.

Pewter only customers must meet a $100 minimum on opening orders
All first orders require credit card payment.
For net 30 terms please supply us with credit references or request by phone or download a credit application.
Please note: our credit application requires fax numbers for contact purposes. Those without fax numbers will be returned for more information. Thank you!
Oberon has a 30-day net payment program. After 45 days a 1.5% interest rate will apply.
For reorders under $100, a service charge of $5.00 will be added. A $5.00 service charge will also be applied to color choices on covers not currently represented in our online wholesale website or hard catalog.
Oberon leather products are made to order and shipped on a non-returnable basis. We accept returns due to manufacturer mistakes or defects only. Please choose carefully!
Goods will be shipped from our studio within ten working days of the date we receive your order by phone, fax or mail. January-November we typically ship within 3-6 working days.
We use UPS to ship your packages. Shipping, insurance and a $2.50 handling fee, per box, is added to your invoice.
